Nowhere Man (1995, UPN). Rarely do we pay any attention to 90s tv, but this one caught our eye when

promos described at as "The Fugitive meets the Prisoner in the Twilight Zone". Not as stupid as

most 90s tv...some good scripts and acting, and a lot of tension.
