  Bought a Toshiba high definition TV and lasted only 6 months. Took 4 months to get my money back after filing a complaint to KS AG's office. Toshiba Elec. of USA.

  One of their insured backed into my new vehicle causing a minor damage (8-15-2002). Have been wating for more than a month to get it repaied. McPherson, KS based.

  A shopping cart damage to my vehicle. Causing about $800 damage to the side of my vehicle. They denied to accept the responsibility despite the red paint on the vehicle from a Lowe's shopping cart. Topeka, KS store.

  These guys don't even know what the heck they are doing most of time. Topeka, KS based.

• Protection One Security Company
  One of the worst customer services in the world. Start complaining to their telephone support about their services (verrrry slow) then they will put you on hold forever or hang up on you. Took us about 2 weeks to get the service disconnected (we moved) after attempt to contact them every day for two weeks. They even tried to penalize us for disconnecting the service before the contract term was over. Although the contract shows we could (Found out that they didn't even have a copy of our contract paper). One of the worst!!!

  Purchased 2 cell phone from Sprint in Jan, 2002 but have not been received rebates from Samsung as of today.
