Fred & Carol Cromer

Fred and Carol Cromer serve in Zambia where Fred works with the Theological Education by Extension ministry. Through T.E.E., he has helped train laypastors and leaders through district seminars and training centers. Carol home-schools their children and works with women’s ministries.

The son of missionary parents, Fred was born in Eritrea, Ethiopia. He received a B.A. degree in religion from Bartlesville Wesleyan College and an M.Div. degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary.

Carol was born to Christian parents in Eureka, Kansas. She attended Bartlesville Wesleyan College where she earned a B.S. degree in Christian education.

Fred and Carol pastored an inner-city church in Kansas City for ten years prior to leaving for Zambia in 1991. They have four children: Matthew (1981), Nathan (1983), Jonathan (1987), and Hannah (1989).

The Cromers seek to equip the church for ministry through developing leadership that has a strong testimony of salvation, of the Spirit-filled life, and of who they are in Christ.

Life verse: "For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive." Ephesians 4:12-14
