Paul and Janet Turner serve as missionaries at the Rosales Bible College in the Philippines where Paul works on curriculum development for theological education and Janet teaches music. The Turners have three grown children. Paul was raised in Indiana and committed his life to the Lord’s service after a miraculous healing from rheumatic fever while in junior high school. Janet was born in Montana and accepted Christ at the age of ten when she began to seek the Lord’s direction for her life. Paul earned a B.A. in religion and an M.Th. from Indiana Wesleyan University, and an M.Re. and residency requirements for a D.Min. from Nazarene Theological Seminary. Janet earned a R.N. degree at Methodist Hospital School of Nursing and a B.S. degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. The Turners left the pastorate to serve as missionaries in the Philippines from 1971-1984 where Paul was the president of the Rosales Bible School for several years and served as mission director. Janet home-schooled their children, served as campus nurse, and taught in the Bible college. The Turners returned to the States in 1984 for Paul to pastor and work on his graduate degrees.
